Return Policy

Pluto By Sher provides in-person wellness services at our Airdrie, Alberta location. All purchases are for customized care and subject to the following return and refund policy.

Damages and Issues

If you experience any issues with your session or service, please contact us directly. We are committed to addressing concerns and ensuring your satisfaction within the scope of our service policies.

Non-Returnable Services

Due to the personalized nature of our offerings:

• All memberships and services are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Memberships cannot be transferred to other individuals or rolled over to future months.
• Memberships cannot be paused, held, or extended beyond the current billing cycle.
• Sessions not used within the active billing period will be forfeited.
• Membership subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of whether sessions are attended.
• Cancellations must be submitted prior to the billing date. Once payment has been processed, the subscription is non-refundable.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Memberships may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.
• No refunds will be issued for unused sessions within the active period.
• All sales are final once a session has been redeemed.
